MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 22 MAY 2024 IN THE COULBY ROOM CLAYPOLE VILLAGE HALL CLAYPOLE AT 7.00 PM
Present: Cllrs. Charles Barnascone (CB) Paddy Furey (PF), Stephen Jarman (SJ) (Chair), Mark Merrin (MM), Matt Revill (MRe) and Martin Round (MRo)

24/134 Chair opened the meeting at 7pm and announced the meeting would be recorded for Clerk to produce the minutes..
24/135 Receive apologies and resolve to accept reasons for absence.
24/136 To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda in accordance with
the requirement of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for
dispensations regarding DPI’s.
None
24/137 To consider any relevant amendments to the draft licence between
Claypole Parish Council and Newark Brazil FC
Members of the Parish Council went through the Licence line by line and made amendments.
24/138 To consider Planning Application S24/0780
Intention to install electronic communications apparatus.
Jasmine House, 104 Main Street, Claypole, Lincs
The Parish Council feel the ownership of the strip of land is unclear and should be checked before permission is granted by SKDC.
