MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING
HELD ON TUESDAY 23 APRIL 2024 IN THE COULBY ROOM CLAYPOLE VILLAGE HALL CLAYPOLE AT 7.00 PM

24/87 Welcome from Chair.
Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.
24/88 Public Participation
Members of the public did not have any questions or comments.
24/89 To receive and accept Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs Furey and Maggs.
24/90 To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications for dispensations regarding DPI’s
None
24/91 The Parish Council resolved to send the report, compiled by Anthony Northcote, to South Kesteven District Council in response to consultation on the proposed Local Plan.
24/92 The next Parish Council meeting will be the Annual Parish Council meeting and is due to be held on Wednesday 1 May 2024 at 6.45pm following the Annual Parish meeting.
