I hereby give you notice that a meeting of Claypole Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at 6.45 pm in the Coulby Room in the Village Hall Main Street Claypole. All members of the Council are summoned and members of the public and press are invited to attend. This meeting will be recorded for the purposes of the minutes and the recording will be destroyed once the minutes have been approved.

2. Public participation
To receive questions and comments from members of the public.

3. Receive apologies and resolve to accept reasons for absence.
4. To receive declarations of interest in items on the agenda in
accordance with the requirement of the Localism Act 2011 and to
consider any applications for dispensations regarding DPI’s.
5. Approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on

8. Financial Matters, as follows;
a. To discuss and agree to appoint the Internal Auditor for 26/27.
b. To discuss and agree actions relating to authorisation of Unity bank transactions.

a. S25/1852- Take down chimney to roof level, rebuild using as many of the original bricks as possible. 32 Main Street Claypole Lincolnshire NG23 5AD - Consent has been granted.
b. S25/2049 - Erection of dutch barn Bailey Bridge Farm , Holme Lane, Claypole, Lincolnshire, NG23 5AP - REFUSED
c. S25/1597 - Section 73 application to remove conditions 1 (persons employed in agriculture) and 2 (benefit of E. W. Revill only) of planning permission WK5659 (Erection of bungalow and garage). Location: Fairview 7 Main Street Claypole Lincolnshire NG23 5AD – Consent has been granted.
Notice of Appeal
a. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Planning Appeal: Hill View Stubton Road Claypole - Mrs x has appealed to the Secretary of State against the Council’s refusal of planning permission for: Erection of 1 bedroom annexe associated with main dwelling.
